SOLVED File is too large for the destination file system - How to fix
SOLVED File is too large for the destination file system How to fix in this video im going to show you guys how to fix "the file is too large for the destination file system" without formatting the drive sometimes when you try to copy file to a USB drive it will show an error message like this. This is because it is a FAT32 drive. So you will have to convert it to NTFS FileSystem, Normally when you convert FAT32 to NTFS all the data will be lost. But there is an alternative way to convert FAT32 to NTFS FileSystem without formatting the drive. To do that open Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator and type the following command Command to be used(type or copy and paste the below command in command prompt):- Convert H: /fs:ntfs /nosecurity /x (NOTE: REPLACE H WITH DRIVE LETTER OF THE DRIVE WHICH YOU WANT TO CONVERT) After typing the above command hit enter (it may take some time to complete). Once done you can copy file of any size without any issues and your data will not get affected
